- Develop and analyze cost standards to drive efficiency and profitability
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management, offering strategic recommendations
- Review cost and variance trends, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate and approve cost review requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accuracy of cost components
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5 years of Accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable adapting to changes and wearing different hats in a dynamic work environment
- Cost accounting experience
